• March 18 Mark your calendars! March 26th all teams are at SASF at 6:30 PM for practice.  Katie Hogan and Jackie Perez (former collegiate volleyball players and crossfitters) will be there to speak and play a little volleyball!

• March 7 Cassie Loessberg will be the guest speaker this Friday at WarriorZ. 5:30-6:30 PM. Cassie is a former Force Volleyball player and UMiami recorded breaking Libero!  She is a CrossFit athlete, coaches at American River College and she is a Marine! Hope to see you all at WarriorZ Friday, March 8th!
• February 20 The Roseville Chief of Police will be the guest speaker for Friday's class at WarriorZ.  5:30-6:30 PM.  Hope all of our teams can make it!

Order forms will be handed out at practice on February 7th. If you lose yours or miss practice, there will be more forms available on the day of pictures (Parents, be sure to come inside the gym to fill out the form and bring a check)
